Nikkiso Vadodara facility earns Great Place to Work® Certification

Vadodara, Gujarat, India – We are proud to share that our Vadodara facility in India has been officially recognized as a 2026 Great Place to Work® Certified organization by Great Place to Work, a globally recognized authority on workplace culture and employee experience.
This certification is especially meaningful because it is based entirely on feedback from our employees over a period of several years. Through the organization’s Trust Index™ survey, team members share their experiences across key aspects of workplace culture, including trust, respect, pride, transparency, safety and camaraderie. Achieving this recognition reflects the strong culture our Vadodara team has built together, and the positive experience employees have every day.
The certification is the result of the dedication, collaboration, and commitment demonstrated by employees across the facility. Their efforts have helped create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work while contributing to Nikkiso’s continued growth.
