Save sustainably with CO2 recycling using the CTK series
CTK series
capabilities
The CTK series transforms CO2 from pelletizers, block presses, or multifunctional machines into on-spec liquid CO2.
With capacities from 7 to 120 MTPD, the CTK Series captures up to 50% of CO2 typically vented during dry ice production, helping facilities reduce losses, lower emissions, and improve process efficiency.
Each plant features skid-mounted modules for rapid installation, centralized control for streamlined automation, and a pre-mounted, loop-checked design that minimizes installation time and cost while ensuring consistent quality.
Achieve CO2 purity levels exceeding 99.9% for reliable downstream use
Reduce losses and turn waste gas into usable product
One integrated system instead of multiple units
Works with most dry ice machines and output regimes for seamless integration

How the CTK series works
CO2 exhausted from dry ice production is captured through an integrated system that compresses purifies, liquefies, and stores the gas. The result is liquid CO2 ready for reuse, providing a consistent supply for your operations.
1. Route CO2 from its point source to the recovery plant
2. Pre-condition the gas from dry ice presses or machinery
3. Compress the gas stream to high pressure
4. Purification using molecular sieve or other absorbents
5. Liquefy while minimizing CO2 losses
6. Store high-purity liquid CO2 for reuse
