Electric
heat exchangers
Block trim heater or vaporizer: The series of trim heaters utilize electric heating elements and stainless steel process tubes to vaporize or super heat any gas.
Shell-type trim heater: Nikkiso’s series pipeline trim heaters are designed with the customer in mind. Easy to install and easy to operate, these units are the perfect plug and play component to your super heating needs.
Electrically heated water bath: This series of vaporizers can vaporize or superheat industrial gases (nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide), or LNG, hydrocarbons, and other specialized fluids.
Steam heated
vaporizers
Direct steam-to-bundle heat exchanger: Low-cost design for vaporizing cryogenic fluids. This design is ideal for back-up, continuous processes, and high process outlet temperatures.
Steam-sparged water bath vaporizer: Using steam sparging manifolds and a water bath the exchanger shell includes weatherproof insulation, which is jacketed with an aluminum protective cover.
Fire tube and
direct fired vaporizers
Natural gas combustion chamber with water-heated vaporization: A fully integrated automatic fuel fired vaporization system delivering reliable service for a full range of modern-day process applications. This system is completely packaged into a single skidded unit with no external piping or heaters.
Advanced diesel-powered direct-fired vaporizer: The system incorporates advanced burner design while combining technologies of both burner air distribution and furnace temperature control for vaporization. Each of the eight burners operates independently, providing more reliability and efficient nitrogen temperature control.
